CLASS LUNCH SEPTEMBER 26, 2020
The annual lunch in honor of Nancy Marker was postponed from our usual May gathering time because of Covid-19. However, we finally had our class luncheon in September despite the virus. It was held at Chappy's Social House in Centerville. There was a good turn out! We wore our masks and everyone enjoyed being together! Cindy Ellison visited through FaceTime.

SPRING LUNCH HELD MAY 17, 2019
Our Annual Birthday Luncheon in honor of Nancy Marker Steinert was held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2019. The location was Chappy's Social House in Centerville, Ohio. Thanks to Deedy for planning this well anticipated gathering! Mike Williams was there all the way from Texas!

CLASS LUNCH CELEBRATING OUR 70th BIRTHDAYS JUNE 8, 2018
We had over 18 people attend the annual luncheon honoring Nancy Marker and, this year, we also celebrated our 70th birthdays! Plus, Dave Gates turned 75 years old and Susie Harris and husband Sam were celebrating their anniversay. The event was held at noon on June 8th and took place at Chappy's Social House in Centerville, Ohio. Thank you to Deedy for the continued effort she makes to keep the class gatherings going strong!

IN HONOR OF NANCY MARKER 
The yearly luncheon in honor of Nancy's birthday was held on May 20, 2017 at Mimi's Cafe. ANNUAL CLASS LUNCHEON
MAY 23, 2015
Twenty-one alumni attended the luncheon held at the Dublin Pub in the Oregon District of Dayton.  We hold this lunch every year in honor of Nancy Marker Steinert. Thank you to Deedy Dryden for the photos and for making the lunch happen!  What would we do without Deedy.

APRIL 2014 CLASS LUNCHEON
Our Annual Spring Lunch on April 12th 2014, in honor of Nancy Marker’s birthday, was sponsored by Gary Goldflies and held at the Dublin Pub in Dayton, Ohio's Oregon District.  A great group of classmates attended. OUR ANNUAL CLASS LUNCH
HELD JUNE 1, 2013
Held at Little York Tavern in Vandalia, the lunch was in honor of Nancy Marker and it also marked the 65th birthday of all our classmates!!  We had a good turn out and released balloons in celebration.  Many thanks to Deedy Dryden for again organizing a most successful event and providing some excellent photos as shown below!

Alice was in town, so we had a gathering at the Olive Garden on Miller Lane.  It was a wonderful visit!  We try to plan at least two lunches every year.  Announcements are posted on this website, so please check often for details about the next event.

2009 Luncheon Held in Honor of Nancy's Birthday
 

A casual get-together luncheon in honor of Nancy Marker's birthday, which would have been May 19, 2009, took place on Friday May 22, 2009. Nancy had said that she hoped she could live to celebrate her 61st birthday with a lot of friends. Sadly she missed that date but was certainly there in spirit as we celebrated for her.

A group of fourteen FHS friends gathered together at Mimi's Cafe at the Greene on Indian Ripple Road in Kettering near 675. It was a happy celebration which included great friendship, cake, flowers, big muffins and a very large box of Ester Price chocolates. These were some of Nan's favorite things, especially the friends. Thanks to all who attended. We hope to have a luncheon every year around May 19th in memory of Nan. Please keep that time of May in mind for next year!
